PwC Legal has appointed Laetitia Costa as head of its banking and finance Team.
Laetitia joins from Milbank where she was a partner and has previously worked at Tweed and Hadley & McCloy LLP respectively. She brings over 15 years’ experience advising real estate and debt reconstruction transactions, leveraged finance, private equity firms and corporations.
In her new role, Laetitia will further develop the PwC Legal and Banking advisory service and oversee its continued growth.
