Contributing Guidelines

We continually receive more messages, contribution requests, and inquires than we are able to keep up with, so we have changed the system by which we receive contribution inquiries. Please complete the form to send us your inquiry or contribution.

We’re lucky enough to work with people who already have strong, focused ideas, so we usually only go through one draft with our contributors.  And although we understand that contributions are often motivated by PR or marketing goals, content published on FinBuzz must first and foremost provide strong thought leadership in service to the London’s finance community. Fortunately it is usually possible to balance our quality requirements with the goals motivating the contribution.

It is hoped that these guidelines will make it easier for you to submit your suggestions in a clear and workable way that will make our decision-making process quicker and increase the likelihood of your proposal being accepted.

Please keep in mind that all of our submissions are unsolicited – this means we don’t offer payment, but we do offer you the opportunity to join our growing professional community and have your work published before the eyes of London’s financial professionals.

Reader contributions:

We welcome and encourage readers to contribute to the magazine. Specific areas of interest include:

A general opportunity for you to submit your news story on a subject related to finance industry in London or share a lifestyle tip with fellow readers.

Q&A: An opportunity for readers to ask questions of our many expert advisors. These could be related to travel advice or the natural world… anything goes!

Correspondence can be sent by email, to, with the subject clearly and simply written in the subject line. Please ensure your full name and contact details (including phone number) are included so we can contact you if necessary.

To ensure that your submission goes on top of the queue, please use the form on this page.

While we aim to respond to all correspondence efficiently, there may be times when a response is slow forthcoming as we are on deadline or not yet in planning, so please be patient in awaiting feedback.

We reserve the right to edit reader submissions at our discretion, to accommodate the entries in the space available.
